FREE SHIPPING: - ON ORDERS ABOVE Rs. 2500/- (DOMESTIC)
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders of Rs. 2500/- or more for all domestic orders. For orders worth less than Rs. 2500/- we offer standard ground shipping at rates as determined by our shipping partners. This offer applies exclusively to orders shipped within India. Please note that orders utilizing discount codes or any form of discounts during a sale event will not be eligible for free shipping.

Local Delivery in AGRA –
We are delighted to offer local delivery within Agra through our dedicated team, subject to a standard delivery charge of Rs. 50/-.
For shipments, we have established partnerships with reputable national shipping providers, namely Trackon, Delhivery, and Pickrr. Through these collaborations, we extend our shipping services across the country, with exceptions in select areas. Shipping costs are determined/calculated based on the weight or volumetric weight of the entire parcel (not individual products). Please consult the reference chart below to estimate the shipping cost.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY 'LOCAL DELIVERY'?
We offer local delivery services in the city of Agra and select parts of Delhi. In these specified locations, all products are delivered in glass bottles or containers as mentioned in the product sections.
CASH ON DELIVERY

Regretfully, we do not offer a Cash-On-Delivery service. All orders will be dispatched only upon receipt of full payment.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Gunsaagar diligently processes and dispatches all orders within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Following shipment, please allow an estimated 3-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to reach you. While Gunsaagar makes every effort, we do not guarantee product delivery within the stipulated time frame as mentioned at the time of purchase. Failure to meet the delivery timeline does not warrant a repudiation of the contract. However, if you are unable to take delivery of the goods, Gunsaagar may, at its discretion, levy additional shipping charges.
