REFUND POLICY

Gunsaagar holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be authorized or not. 

 Please be informed that orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. 

 

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Gunsaagar offers refunds under the following circumstances: 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, the purchaser is eligible for a refund. 

  2. Incorrect Orders: In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, Gunsaagar will issue a refund. 

  3. Loss in Transit: If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, a refund will be processed. 

 

Please note that for perishable food items, refunds are only applicable in cases of damage or defect upon receipt.

REFUND METHODS

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where this is not feasible, an alternative method may be employed at Gunsaagar's discretion.

Gunsaagar reserves the right to update the refund policy as needed. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

EXCHANGES

Gunsaagar currently does not offer exchanges. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.

PARTIAL REFUNDS:

Partial refunds may be considered in specific cases, such as when an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the eligibility criteria for a full refund. 

 

UNRETURNABLE ITEMS 

The following items are deemed unreturnable: 

  1. Perishable food items 

  1. Personalized or customized products

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS 

​

Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. This includes all packaging and accompanying materials. 

 

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A REFUND: 

To request a refund, the purchaser must: 

  1. Notify Gunsaagar within 48 hours of receiving the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. 

  1. Provide photo evidence of the damage or defect. 

  1. For loss-in-transit claims, notify Gunsaagar in writing (via email to info.gunsagar@gmail.com) within seven working days from the date of order placement. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: 

Return shipping costs for eligible refund cases will be covered by Gunsaagar.
